About The Position

Greet golfers and other guests with a smile as they arrive at the Clubhouse Oversee and operate the outside service operation and to see that it is being run properly and that every guest and member is being serviced at a 4-Diamond level Supervise, schedule and assign duties to the Cart Attendants, Ranger/Starters. Clean golf cars, golf clubs, carry golf clubs during extremely busy times when Bag Attendants are also busy with guests Maintain accurate and updated golf cart maintenance log Ensure that the cart barn is clean and organized and that the golf carts, rental clubs, guest’s clubs, and range balls are cleaned and stored properly every night Be familiar with the scheduled play each day and make sure that the outside service operation is prepared to handle the schedule Project a pleasant attitude to all guests, members and fellow Employees Promote other areas of the Resort including Spa, Retail, Rooms, Food and Beverage, etc... Must understand and abide by environmental practices of the Resort.
