About The Position
This position is responsible for the continuous maintenance and repair of the resort’s 200+ golf cart fleet, providing all guests with a safe, reliable, and high-quality golf experience.
Requirements
- Experience repairing golf carts or similar vehicles
- Knowledge of electrical systems, batteries, chargers, golf cart GPS systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer skills for tracking maintenance
- Basic technical aptitude and ability to use technology as and if needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience with large fleets preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on battery and gas-powered golf carts
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and battery issues
- Maintain charging stations and battery systems
- Inspect carts daily to ensure safety and readiness
- Manage maintenance schedules to reduce downtime
- Track maintenance, repairs, parts, and warranty information
- Order and maintain parts inventory
- Manage and processes invoices timely
- Coordinate warranty claims, recalls, and major repairs with manufacturers and authorized service providers
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety standards
