JOB SUMMARY Supervise outside service staff in assisting golfers with carts and equipment, and maintain efficient outside service area. Answer golfer questions about course, such as game rules, course length, amenities, course conditions, chemicals used on course, and cart rules.Provide directions to golfers to golf-related areas. Assist golfers with carts and equipment. Pick up and drop off guest golf bags at bag drop. Maintain lines of communication with golf shop to ensure efficiency of course operations and guest satisfaction. Provide emergency first aid and CPR as necessary. Setup and reset practice stations. Document any golf cart damage and deficiency for mechanic's review. Pick up/wash balls from practice facility. Remove rental clubs for use by guests, and clean and store after use. Remove golf carts from storage area and stage for play. Clean, detail, restock golf carts after each use. Assist management in training, scheduling, and evaluating employees; and serve as a departmental role model. Shift: Part-Time; 1st/2nd; must be available to work weekends and holidays. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Reach overhead and below the knees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
