About The Position

Operate beverage cart in a safe and responsible manner per defined course route. Serve course patrons beverages and other stock items quickly. Attends and or completes Vermont Alcohol and Liquor training certification. Verifies identification of patrons requesting alcoholic beverages. Maintains and accounts for the “bank” on the cart. Maintains the stock on the cart; loading and unloading of stock. Completes the beverage cart worksheet and other processes to ensure accurate count and tracking of inventory and tips. Ensures the cleanliness of the cart and removes trash at the end of the shift. Complies with golf course etiquette rules. Maintains neat, well groomed, professional appearance and demeanor. Adheres to club dress code always. Demonstrates a commitment to the work and success of the club and the Company by being service- and solution-oriented, having positive interactions with all club staff and members/guests, and meeting established quality, service and safety expectations.

Requirements

Must have the ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
Good oral communication skills.
Able to safely operate the beverage cart.
Ability to compute simple math and count change accurately.
Friendly and professional attitude
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work in varying weather conditions
