About The Position

Whether you’re a high school or college student looking for a summer job, a retiree looking for a fun and active role, or someone early in your PGA career, this is a great opportunity to work at a beautiful private club while gaining hands-on golf operations experience.
We’re hiring Seasonal Golf Attendants to support daily golf operations and create an exceptional experience for our members and guests.
You’ll play an important role in making sure every round starts and ends on a high note.

Requirements

• Is dependable and punctual
• Enjoys interacting with members and guests
• Takes pride in organization and presentation
• Works well both independently and on a team
• Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Can lift golf bags and remain on their feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

• Golf knowledge is helpful but not required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic go a long way.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and guests upon arrival
• Assisting with bag drop and cart staging
• Cleaning and staging golf carts
• Maintaining practice areas (range setup, ball collection, tee alignment)
• Cleaning clubs when requested
• Supporting tournaments and special events
• Ensuring the golf area is clean, organized, and presentation-ready
