Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for a Golf Activities Coordinator for the Summer 2026 season. The purpose of the Golf Activities Coordinator is to work with the golf professionals making sure members’ requests are being met. The Golf Activities Coordinator will work closely with the Professional Golf Staff & the Golf Operations Management Team. The Activities Coordinator will make sure that all of the areas of the clubhouse are member-presentable. Oversight includes but is not limited to General Administration as assigned by the Director of Golf. Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to ensuring outstanding customer service in all facets of the clubhouse, emails, assisting with annual golf tournaments and special events, assisting with Golf Shop retail and maintenance, assisting with the usage and scheduling of the Golf Simulator, Event Registration, Lesson Bookings, Tee Time Scheduling, and More…
