About The Position
Gold’s Gym is looking for an Assistant General Manager who will be responsible for all aspects related to membership sales while overseeing operations, front desk, sales, and kids club. This role acts as support to the General Manager and serves as a production leader to ensure financial budgets are achieved. The AGM is expected to be a role model of the company's values and culture, ensuring a friendly, clean, and safe environment that engages members, team members, and guests.
