About The Position
Gold’s Gym is an international brand that focuses on Sales, Service, and Sanitation. We are looking for individuals who share the same priorities to ensure Gold’s Gym leads the industry in cleanliness. The Assistant General Manager is responsible for all aspects related to membership sales, while overseeing all facets of operations, front desk, sales, and kids club. Acts as support to the General Manager and a production leader of the gym to ensure financial budgets are achieved. The AGM is a role-model of the company's values and culture. In addition, ensures a friendly, clean, and safe environment that is engaging to our members, team members and guests.
