About The Position
Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI) is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Restaurant Busser for the Gold ‘N Silver Inn, a historic casual dining restaurant in Reno, Nevada. With over 60 years of service, the Gold ‘N Silver Inn is a landmark in the community, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. This position is essential for supporting the wait staff and enhancing the overall efficiency of restaurant operations. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing tables of used dishes and utensils, resetting tables correctly for the next guests, and restocking silverware, glasses, and napkins as needed. You will also be tasked with refilling ice bins in wait stations, cleaning coffee pots, Pepsi spouts, and the hot chocolate machine, and assisting in rolling silverware. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute significantly to the restaurant's success.
