Our Loyalty platforms enable many of Amex’s most critical customer differentiators including the flagship Membership Rewards program, and we are constantly seeking new ways to offer value to our customers and drive growth for the company. We are looking for an innovative, experienced, and talented software engineer to join our R42 Rewards team. You will work closely with our product and development teams to develop new system capabilities at scale and optimize existing capabilities. As part of the Rewards team, you will be responsible for building new capabilities the will help enable the rewards journey in different markets within. The successful candidate will be focused on building and executing against a strategy and roadmap focused on moving from monolithic, tightly coupled, batch-based legacy platforms to a loosely coupled, event-driven, microservices-based architecture to meet our long-term business goals.
