Overview: Snapscale is looking for an experienced and tech-savvy GoHighLevel Technical Expert who can take full ownership of building, optimizing, and managing our clients’ CRM and automation systems. This role focuses on creating streamlined pipelines, crafting high-converting funnels and landing pages, and developing smart workflow automations that enhance lead nurturing, onboarding, and overall customer experience. You’ll also handle campaign setup, key integrations, and performance tracking to ensure every system runs smoothly and efficiently.   • Set up, customize, and maintain GHL CRM pipelines, stages, tags, triggers, and contact records.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, funnels, forms, surveys, calendars, and lead-capture or onboarding flows.
  • Create automation workflows for nurturing, onboarding, re-engagement, upsells, reminders, and pipeline movement.
  • Manage email and SMS campaigns, nurture sequences, broadcast messages, and monitor open/click rates for improvement.
  • Integrate third-party tools through Zapier/Make/Pabbly, configure domains, SMTP/email providers, and payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • Test workflows and funnels regularly, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize systems including A/B testing.
  • Build dashboards, track KPIs, and provide ongoing performance reports and documentation.
  • 3+ years hands-on GoHighLevel experience building funnels, automations, and CRM workflows, including advanced features.
  • Develop high-converting funnels and landing pages with integrated forms, surveys, and VA workflow alignment.
  • Build and maintain CRM pipelines, dashboards, opportunity stages, and reporting for marketing and sales performance.
  • Create marketing automation workflows, triggers, and conditional logic; integrate with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools.
  • Customize GHL websites/themes, white-label setups, domains, and optimize VPS for faster load times.
  • Integrate third-party tools: email providers, payment gateways, membership platforms, analytics systems.
  • Set up and manage email/SMS campaigns with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization.
  • functional funnels, connected forms/surveys, triggered automations, integrated reporting dashboards.
  • Track performance: lead flow from ad click to booked appointment, maintain assets, update creatives, and optimize funnels to meet target conversions.
  • Ensure 100% functionality of automations and integrations before campaign launch and timely completion of builds.
  • Use design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or GHL customization) for logos, branding, and visual assets.
