Requirements

• Experience working in early childhood education (infant, toddler, or preschool), ideally in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Hold (or are working toward) a CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Passionate about creating a warm, engaging classroom that supports each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• A team player who communicates well with colleagues and families and is committed to ongoing professional growth

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that align with The Goddard School’s curriculum
• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and well-organized classroom environment
• Build meaningful connections with families, sharing updates on each child’s progress and partnering to support their success
