The Customer Strategy and Operations team drives key go-to-market initiatives. It supports sales and services leads with planning, insights, process optimization, and project management, enabling Formlabs to deliver the best customer experience in 3D printing globally. We are looking for leaders excited to set the strategic direction and design of the sales & service organization. You should be able to leverage data while possessing strong business acumen and operational rigor to create systems and design programs that will help transform the GTM organization.
