The North America (NA) Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations Analyst will be a key member of the NA Value Added Solutions (VAS) commercialization, strategy and go-to-market team. This role will be responsible for analyzing sales performance metrics, developing strategies for sales targets and initiatives, coordinating the customization and development of necessary sales collateral, evaluating priorities based on performance, and making data-driven recommendations. This individual will work closely with key cross-functional stakeholders including sales, product, marketing, and operations functions. The successful candidate will be analytical, highly collaborative, team-oriented, and have a client centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across Visa. This role reports to the VP, NA VAS GTM & Strategy and will also be accountable to various members of the NA VAS GTM team.
