About The Position

The GTM Readiness Manager is a strategic, execution‑focused leader responsible for ensuring Honeywell’s Fire software and hardware offerings are fully prepared for successful market introduction, scale, and sustained commercial performance. This role bridges product, sales, marketing, customer success, and channel teams to ensure every new offering is launch‑ready, differentiated, and supported by the right enablement, processes, and tools. This leader will design and operationalize the GTM readiness framework for Honeywell Fire, ensuring that commercial teams are equipped, trained, and aligned to drive adoption, revenue growth, and customer success. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong cross‑functional influence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, sales enablement, or commercial operations within large matrixed organizations
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling software or technology offerings.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, IoT, data platforms, and recurring revenue models.
  • Experience working closely with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.

  • Familiarity with Honeywell’s Fire markets (Buildings, Healthcare, Critical Environments, Hospitality) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Readiness Build and lead the GTM readiness framework for new and existing offerings across Honeywell Fire.
  • Partner with Offering Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define launch requirements, success metrics, and readiness milestones.
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap, commercial strategy, and field execution.
  • Drive readiness assessments, risk identification, and mitigation planning for all major launches.
  • Enablement & Commercial Preparedness Develop and deliver sales enablement materials, including positioning, competitive insights, value propositions, and playbooks.
  • Ensure customer‑facing teams are trained and certified on new offerings, pricing models, and use cases.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure readiness for recurring revenue models and post‑launch adoption.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, marketing, sales, and channel teams.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional launch planning, communication, and governance.
  • Drive shared learnings, best practices, and continuous improvement across launches.
  • Channel & Market Activation Support channel partners with GTM materials, onboarding, and readiness programs.
  • Ensure channel alignment with Honeywell’s value proposition, pricing, and service models.
  • Operational Excellence Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure launch readiness, adoption, and commercial performance.
  • Identify and implement new funding models, tools, and processes to accelerate GTM execution.
  • Ensure all GTM activities are delivered on time, on budget, and on spec.
