About The Position

LinkedIn is seeking a Go-to-Market Operations Associate to join our Sales Operations team, specifically supporting the Strategic Accounts segment within LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to effectively connect our solutions with customer needs at scale. The Strategic Initiatives Lead will focus on supporting our go-to-market strategy and the highest priority initiatives for the Strategic Accounts segment. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple cross-functional relationships and activities concurrently, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a high level of analytical capability. Experience working with ambiguity is essential, as the role involves scoping new project ideas and collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to manage the day-to-day execution of key organizational programs and planning processes. In this position, you will frame and scope problem statements, working with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders at various levels to propose optimal strategic solutions. You will communicate the approach for initiatives, drive qualitative and quantitative analysis of programs, and track/ensure program impact. Proactively identifying and evaluating opportunities to drive growth and improve performance of the Strategic Accounts business and global sales organization will be a key responsibility. You will also contribute to improving operational efficiency, processes, and foundational initiatives, leading and providing recommendations on a variety of strategic, cross-functional projects that will shape the go-to-market motion for Strategic Accounts. Conducting in-depth analyses to derive insights and recommendations will help understand the health of the Strategic Accounts segment and inform opportunities for growth. Establishing strong working relationships with peers in other Sales Operations teams and cross-functional partners, including business operations, sales leadership, customer science, HR, finance, and systems teams, will be crucial to achieving objectives.
