Array is growing our Go-To-Market team(s). We are facilitating an in-person interview day hiring event where dozens of potential candidates will have the opportunity to interview with our sales and leadership teams. This event will be hosted at our office in Tribeca, NY, on May 8th, 2025. We are seeking to fill roles such as Senior Business Development Representative, Field Marketing Associate, and SMB Account Executive.

Requirements

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect quickly across channels and in person.
  • A proven track record of prospecting, generating leads, and closing business.
  • Mastery of CRM tools like Salesforce and familiarity with sales and marketing platforms like HubSpot and Apollo.
  • Experience juggling multiple outreach campaigns and opportunities in a fast-moving environment.
  • 1+ years in marketing or sales roles or 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into fintech, banking, or financial services.
  • Ability to work independently while teaming up seamlessly with marketing and leadership.
  • Creative, resourceful, and organized approach to building relationships and moving deals forward.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, research, and self-source opportunities across fintech, banking, and direct-to-consumer verticals.
  • Drive outbound campaigns tied to events, webinars, and field marketing to fill the top of the funnel.
  • Qualify prospects fast, uncover needs, and position solutions that close business.
  • Build lasting relationships that turn into long-term growth opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and stay sharp on market shifts.
  • Represent Array at key events and conferences, making personal connections that accelerate the pipeline.
  • Plan, track, and optimize your activity in Salesforce to hit and exceed KPIs.
