About The Position
Clay is a creative tool for growth, helping businesses grow without huge investments in tooling or manual labor. We are looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer to join our team. This role is high-profile in enterprise sales and thought partnership, and we have tested various titles for it, including Sales Engineer, Outbound Architect, and Growth Strategist. The take-home assignment for this role involves building something amazing in Clay, and we encourage candidates to showcase their excitement by doing so. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset, be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals, and be eager to learn about sales and emerging sales tech solutions. Our current GTM Engineers come from diverse backgrounds, including civil engineering, growth leadership, software engineering, and teaching, reflecting the diversity of our customer base.
