As a Scaled GTM Engineer, you are a scaled interventionist: part workflow builder, part signal translator, part credit-consumption driver. You design and deploy Apollo-native lead generation workflows for multiple accounts per week — fast, repeatable, and measurable. You thrive in high-volume execution, using Apollo’s AI features, enrichment, and campaign logic to identify interventions that quickly improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in RevOps, SDR Ops, or onboarding roles
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume client engagements (client-facing)
  • Deep Lead Gen fluency — sequencing, enrichment, workflows, analytics
  • Obsessed with velocity: fast execution, measurable results
  • Comfort working in distributed team environments

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly assess usage signals across floating accounts and design lightweight interventions
  • Execute outbound/inbound campaign setups, sequencing, enrichment, and AI prompt workflows
  • Manage time across 20–30 active client touchpoints at once; Hundreds per year
  • Identify common GTM patterns and templatize solutions for reuse across the scaled customer base
