We’re looking for a Go-To-Market (GTM) Commercial Operations Manager to join our ever-evolving Worldpay for Platforms Marketing team and help us unleash the potential of every business. What you’ll own as the GTM Commercial Operations Manager Develop and Execute GTM Action Plan: Crafting a comprehensive action plan together with product management and product marketing that defines how the product will reach its target audience and achieve widespread adoption. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership: Working closely with functional leaders across the business to align efforts and ensure seamless execution of the action plan. Manage Launch Plans: Overseeing timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the launch stays on track. Track and Optimize Performance: Monitoring post-launch results, analyzing data, and adjusting the strategy to drive continuous improvement. Reporting: Prepare and provide progress and performance updates reflecting all associated workstreams. Risk Anticipation & Resolution: Identifying potential challenges and developing mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth launch. Develop and Refine Processes: Implementing and improving launch management standards and processes to ensure consistency and scalability. Maintain Project Plans and Accountability Frameworks: Own and manage detailed project plans in Asana or spreadsheets, tracking all key dates, shifting timelines, and ownership of actions across cross-functional owners and groups. Implement and maintain DACI or RACI models to ensure clarity in decision-making and accountability.
