Pliant GmbHNew York, NY

About The Position

We are looking for a (Junior) Go-to-Market Associate (m/f/d) to join our Revenue Operations team and play a central role in Pliant's US market expansion. Reporting to the VP Growth, you will be the operational backbone of our US Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts - building and scaling the processes, systems, and data infrastructure needed to drive revenue growth in a new market. This is a high-impact role that blends GTM execution with revenue operations strategy. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success to ensure our US launch is data-driven, efficient, and scalable.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-4 years in Revenue Operations, Sales, GTM Operations, or a similar GTM role within a high-growth B2B environment - preferably in FinTech or SaaS.
  • GTM Expertise: Proven experience supporting or leading Go-To-Market initiatives, ideally including new market launches or US market expansion.
  • Fast Learner & Super Hands-On: You pick things up quickly, figure things out independently, and aren't afraid to dive into the details. You'd rather build something scrappy and improve it than wait for perfect conditions.
  • Technical Savvy: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred), outreach and prospecting tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Apollo), and analytics/BI tools.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to leverage data to drive strategy, with a track record of building dashboards, pipeline forecasts, and funnel metrics.
  • Process & Project Management: Demonstrated success designing, documenting, and scaling processes in fast-paced, early-stage or scale-up environments.
  • Entrepreneurial & Hands-On: You take ownership from day one, thrive with autonomy, and are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to balance big-picture GTM strategy with operational detail and day-to-day execution.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language: Fluent in English (required).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and currently reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • GTM Execution & Strategy: Shape and operationalize the Go-To-Market playbook for the US market - from prospect identification and outbound workflows to pipeline management and sales enablement.
  • Process Design & Optimization: Build, document, and continuously refine end-to-end revenue processes tailored to the US market, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and alignment across all GTM functions.
  • CRM & Data Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data. Establish data governance standards for the US GTM motion.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track pipeline health, GTM performance, conversion metrics, and US launch KPIs. Deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Sales Support & Enablement: Partner closely with the sales team to identify, research, and qualify US-based prospects and target accounts. Support outbound campaigns and refine outreach workflows.
  • Technology Stack Management: Evaluate, implement, and maintain tools and platforms that support GTM activities (e.g., CRM, outreach and prospecting tools, BI platforms).
  • AI Enablement: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into existing systems and processes to automate tasks, unlock insights from data, and drive smarter decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the connective link between Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Finance, and Customer Success - streamlining handoffs, harmonizing data flows, and optimizing the customer journey.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and gaps in the revenue funnel and champion continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate growth.

Benefits

  • The opportunity to shape Pliant's US market expansion and build GTM operations from the ground up.
  • High-impact, high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership.
  • Direct collaboration with the VP Growth and cross-functional leaders across the company.
  • A growing, diverse, and collaborative team that values initiative and accountability.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Flexible work setup - hybrid from our NYC co-working space or fully remote within the US.
  • Access to learning opportunities, mentorship, and career development within a fast-scaling European fintech.
