About The Position
GoLive is seeking a full-time Agency Manager to lead daily operations, manage the client journey, and oversee the contractor team. This role is critical in client communication, project management, and sales facilitation, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. As Agency Manager, you’ll be the key liaison between contractors and leadership (COO and CEO), keeping the team aligned and ensuring exceptional service delivery. You’ll work directly with clients, allowing you to showcase your relationship-building skills. You will oversee project workflows, and refine internal processes to enhance productivity.
