As a Go Developer on this project, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying a robust and scalable set of rules functions. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, specifically leveraging business rules engines. You will collaborate closely with the TA team, product managers, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Additionally, you will develop high-quality, maintainable, and efficient Go code within an agile development environment, implement efficient data models and database interactions, and assist with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS. You will also participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application, and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
