About The Position

Requirements

• Three or more years work experience in banking and/or data processing.
• General knowledge of all areas of the banking industry and related financial data processing.
• Knowledge of bank compliance regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of financial computing applications and general PC operations.
• Thorough understanding of DCI operations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, coordinating, and organization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal relating skills.
• Self-starter mentality.
• Adaptable to change.
• Experience in using agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Intermediate PC operation skills and software usage proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assists with reviewing and prioritizing all customer requests for system changes and enhancements.
• Writes business requirements for development projects.
• Performs and coordinates quality assurance testing of software changes and oversees the implementation process of these changes.
• Communicates software changes to DCI customers via written correspondence distributed by the Documentation Department.
• Provides back-up support to Customer Support, Implementations, Education, and other internal departments by answering customer questions and concerns about DCI software applications.
• Supports internal departments with technical support regarding developed programs and applications.
