Topics include: eliciting complex needs and developing the cost justifications for their delivery; the main motivations people and organizations have for buying engineering products and services; techniques for questioning, listening and acting in a highly effective manner; removing anxiety from financial discussions of engineering solutions; being able to present, pitch or write compelling proposals for engineering solutions in an effective and consistent manner.
