Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven supervisory or management experience is a must.
• Industry Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience working within a Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or highly regulated environment (e.g., healthcare or biopharma).
• Administrative Skills: Proficiency in managing payroll, budget allocation, and digital/physical scheduling systems.
• Availability: Must be able to work the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift Monday - Friday and maintain flexibility for weekend coverage.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional "people moves"—the ability to train, discipline, and motivate a diverse workforce.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingualism: Ability to speak Spanish is a significant plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Inspire: Supervise and coach a dedicated team of 25–30 employees during the third shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) to ensure peak performance. Hands-on cleaning and janitorial duties.
• Ensure Compliance: Conduct frequent field checks of log books and site documentation to maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and GMP standards.
• Master the Schedule: Manage complex 24/7 shift rotations and payroll for multiple teams to ensure the facility never skips a beat.
• Drive Accountability: Handle all aspects of staff training, professional development, and disciplinary actions with a firm but fair coaching mindset.
• Maintain Precision: Oversee cleaning schedules and scopes of work for a high-tech industrial bio-manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate: Transition seamlessly between shifts to align with site-wide goals and protocols.
