Position Summary: The GMP Labeler is responsible for performing labeling activities within a GMP-regulated warehouse environment. This role ensures that all labeling, verification, and documentation processes are executed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). This person will play a key role in maintaining product traceability and supporting overall material control activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience working in a GMP-regulated environment (pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or food manufacturing).
  • Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and material handling
  • Experience verifying batch or lot information and performing data entry within controlled
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly
  • Strong compliance mindset with a focus on following
  • Highly organized with effective written and verbal communication
  • Inquisitive and committed to continuous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional
  • Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and capable of lifting boxes up to [e.g., 40-50 lbs].

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree or coursework in life sciences, logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with or willingness to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Open to training in warehouse equipment operation (e.g., pallet jacks, handheld scanners).

Responsibilities

  • Perform labeling of boxes, containers, and packaging materials in accordance with approved procedures and labeling specifications.
  • Verify material information such as batch numbers, lot numbers, and product identifiers to ensure accuracy prior to labeling.
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation in compliance with GDP requirements, both paper-based and electronic.
  • Conduct quality checks on labeling activities to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory
  • Support material handling activities as needed, including staging, movement, and verification of goods within the warehouse.
  • Enter data accurately into warehouse or quality management systems, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and quality teams to ensure timely completion of labeling and release activities.
  • Escalate any discrepancies, labeling errors, questions or nonconformances to Quality Management for investigation or resolution.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance labeling and documentation
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized
