About The Position

We are seeking to hire a GMP General Cleaner. A GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Cleaning job involves ensuring that manufacturing and production areas meet strict cleanliness and sanitation standards. A GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Cleaner maintains hygienic, contamination-free environments in pharmaceutical, biotech, or food manufacturing facilities. They follow strict SOPs to clean and sanitize production equipment and rooms, document activities, and wear specialized PPE. This role ensures regulatory compliance and product safety.

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from Supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Experience with floor machines.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Flexibility with schedule.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and SOPs.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift, bend, kneel, and reach.
• Strong attention to detail for documentation and communication.

Nice To Haves

• GMP Cleaning experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly deep cleaning/sanitization of production rooms, cleanrooms, and equipment, including floors, walls, and ceilings.
• Accurately complete cleaning logs.
• Utilize specialized, approved cleaning agents and methods (e.g., lint-free supplies) to prevent contamination, following strict gowning procedures.
• Properly dispose of waste and manage hazardous materials in accordance with Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Clean common areas, such as breakrooms and restrooms, while re-stocking supplies and organizing storage.
