About The Position

The GMP Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of cleaning technicians in a GMP/GDP environment. This role ensures that all cleaning operations are performed according to the client's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and that staff are properly trained. The supervisor will work closely with the Area Supervisor to maintain compliance with cleaning schedules and documentation requirements.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of leadership experience
• Excellent attendance record
• Detail-oriented
• Reliable transportation
• Good documentation practices
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach for 4-8 hours
• Ability to lift 40 lbs
• Ability to read and understand English SOPs and policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure adequate cleaning personnel for required cleaning levels.
• Liaise with Client building managers to optimize cleaning schedules.
• Monitor time and attendance compliance for employees.
• Collaborate with the Compliance and Training manager to ensure staff training certification levels are met.
• Review documentation for errors and initiate correction processes immediately.
• Track entry errors and compile data for management presentations.
