About The Position

Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a GMP Cleaning Associate to support our long-standing biopharmaceutical client committed to improving lives through medical innovation. This role is critical to maintaining clean, compliant, and audit-ready production, laboratory, and warehouse environments within a regulated manufacturing setting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of sterile or GMP cleaning experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environments (or 5+ years equivalent regulated cleaning experience)
• Knowledge of cGMPs, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Must be comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends and potential nights

Nice To Haves

• Prior pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience with SAP/MERPS, VQD, Syncade, or similar systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect production, laboratory, and warehouse areas per site procedures
• Perform cleaning activities in accordance with cGMP and Biopharm safety requirements
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Follow all EHS standards, PPE requirements, and safety protocols
• Report incidents, abnormalities, and deviations promptly
• Participate in Stop for Safety sessions
• Raise ZAPs for environmental health & safety concerns
• Maintain 5S standards and area cleanliness
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and procedures
• Ensure proper materials are procured and used
• Interact professionally with cross-functional teams
