Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1 year of experience in a biotech or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform both manual and automated vial filling, visual inspection, labeling, and packaging of mRNA-based drug products using disposable technologies.
• Maintain accurate records through paper batch records, electronic systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as QA, QC, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Sciences, and Process Development to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and reorder materials, review process orders, and support inventory management to keep production on track.
• Uphold rigorous cGMP standards, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Follow precise procedures for documenting equipment operations, process data, and other activities.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate clearly with peers and supervisors.
• Demonstrate flexibility, including working off-hours and overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
