The GME Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Graduate Medical Education (GME) programs. This position involves coordinating various training activities, maintaining essential records and databases, and assisting with the application process to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements. The coordinator serves as a resource for residents, fellows, and faculty, and assists the Program Director in tracking educational activities and documentation.

  • Coordinate the activities of one or more complex GME programs.
  • Facilitate and coordinate various training activities.
  • Maintain records and databases related to GME programs.
  • Provide curriculum information and assist with the application process.
  • Maintain documentation for continued accreditation.
  • Assist the Program Director as needed.
  • Serve as a resource for residents, fellows, and faculty.
  • Track documentation and report on educational activities for residents and fellows.
  • Experience in program coordination or administration, preferably in an educational or medical setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
