Requirements

5+ years of Service Technician experience required
Certified General Motors Technician (documentation required)
ASE Certification required
A-level qualifications including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Positive, friendly attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team player with strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Ability to learn new technology and operate electronic diagnostic equipment

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and maintenance per work orders efficiently and accurately
Test-drive vehicles and diagnose issues using advanced diagnostic tools
Repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C
Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and time estimates
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
