Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on GM vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and communication
• Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs
• Collaborate with service advisors and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
