As a General Merchandise Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that ensures a consistent experience for guests by managing product availability, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor. This role involves leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy processes for all General Merchandise areas, as well as providing a fresh and food-safe experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service. You will engage with guests, support a guest-first culture, and execute daily workloads to meet business priorities and sales goals.
