Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests.
• Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact.
• Engage with guests in a genuine way, asking questions to better understand their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the store to solve issues for guests.
• Ensure sales floor is zoned, in stock, and accurately signed and priced for guests.
• Acknowledge guests while completing workload with minimal disruption.
• Execute inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes for GM areas.
• Follow operational procedures accurately with attention to detail.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes.
• Work in a safe manner at all times and comply with safety policies.
