As a General Merchandise Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that ensures a consistent experience for guests by managing product availability, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor. This role involves leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas, as well as overseeing Food & Beverage and Food Service operations. You will engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience, support their needs, and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized.
