As a General Merchandise Expert at Target, you will be part of a team that ensures a consistent experience for guests by managing product availability, pricing, and presentation on the sales floor. This role involves leading inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas, as well as overseeing Food & Beverage and Food Service operations. You will engage with guests to provide a welcoming experience and assist them with their needs, while also executing various operational tasks to support business priorities and sales goals.
