This role is part of the Global Wellness CBIA team and is dedicated to driving consumer insights. It partners with the Global Wellness team, key Business Units, and cross-functional stakeholders to unlock global market opportunities through consumer-centric strategies, accelerate growth, and shape the VMS global category with a competitive edge. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Significant experience in Insight related territories, both agency and client-side experience is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in insight skills, and strong communication and influence skill.
  • Experience of working with global / multi-market and the experience to understand how to work and influence in across markets and function.
  • Proactive in driving business results.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key advisor and business partner of the Global Wellness Team by owning a holistic and comprehensive consumer and insight understanding for the Global Wellness business environment, including macro trend, consumer trend, insight exploratory to enable global strategy for innovation, global power brand, and growth opportunity.
  • Partner to embed the Global Growth Framework, ensuring consumer-centered informed decision on where to play choices and strategy.
  • Generate forward looking and predictive insight for category & brand growth and identify new opportunities by understanding consumers across key markets.
  • Explore leading edge insight tools, and build / pilot new capabilities, via strong partnership with central CBIA team and external agencies.
  • Provoke and strengthen consumer centric mindset cross system.
