About The Position

As a part of the YouTube Trust and Safety, you will be dedicated to ensure that YouTube is a place for users, viewers, and creators around the world to create and express themselves. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience building relationships with stakeholders or clients
  • 5 years of experience in identifying issues in processes and creating solutions, and working with cross-functional teams to drive these changes.
  • Experience in vendor operations management (or overseeing vendor operations programs).

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience in program management on cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vendor management operations.
  • Create, lead, and support cross-functional company initiatives/projects.
  • Oversee third-party vendor partners and their dedicated associates supporting our account by monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and vendor scorecards, developing business cases to drive logistics process improvements, and aligning and prioritizing initiatives in a dynamic environment with multiple interdependencies.
  • Manage quarterly budgets, invoice control, and capital improvement projects within assigned locations while cultivating relationships with multiple internal customers across data centers.
  • Identify and act on cost and quality improvement opportunities by developing documented business cases, presenting them to peers and management for approval, and delivering ongoing project management.
