Requirements

  • 10+ years in strategy/management consulting and/or software Value Advisory.
  • Deep expertise in value management, business case creation and consultative selling.
  • Outstanding project management skills and experience leading complex end-to-end customer engagements.
  • Ability to structure and lead customer workshops.
  • Strong executive presence and communication, engaging C-suite stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent business acumen and industry or line-of-business knowledge with the ability to apply SAP solutions.
  • Independence and flexibility, ability to adjust to a dynamic environment and continuously prioritize adequately.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree or relevant experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer engagements end-to-end across the customer lifetime through a collaborative hands-on approach with the local teams, especially on leading-edge topics and where complex problem-solving is required.
  • Continuously foster excellence and raise standards (e.g. quality of deliverables) through coaching and collaboration with local VAs, including by driving the delivery and adoption of value content and thought leadership.
  • Work with GVA management to help drive the evolution and execution of SAP's Value Strategy at a regional level.
  • Own one or several strategic initiatives, orchestrating and directly contributing to the design, creation, delivery and continuous evolution of value-based methodologies, tools and content pertaining to those initiatives.
  • Be the go-to person for support requests from the field on the initiatives you own.
  • Perform project management and management reporting.
  • Foster the exchange of insights and best practices within Value Advisory through relevant forums (e.g. Best Practice sharing calls).
  • Orchestrate and deliver targeted enablement to Value Advisors, SAP employees (e.g. Customer Success, CS&D) and Partners.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration with other teams.
