About The Position

Requirements

• Associate's Degree (preferred) and 2 years of work-related experience in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• Basic accounting and finance knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS SharePoint).

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience in Corporate Travel, Corporate Cards, and Travel & Expense Reimbursement systems.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations of the Global Corporate Credit Card Program, assisting HR departments with card deployment and cancellations.
• Preparing and reconciling Business Travel Accounts (BTA) for U.S. processing and payment.
• Liaising with Finance to ensure timely reimbursement of travel expenses and conducting auditing activities.
