About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Operations team at Marsh Risk. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. What can you expect? The Global Transformation Leader will be responsible for driving comprehensive transformations within Marsh, aligning the business strategy with innovative practices, particularly in the areas of change management, business architecture, and process improvement. This role is integral to ensuring that Marsh thrives amidst ongoing change, particularly in a landscape increasingly influenced by technology such as AI. This position is crucial for aligning all change initiatives with the overarching business strategy, driving innovation, and enhancing overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Vision and Leadership Define and champion a transformation strategy that aligns with the organization’s long-term goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to integrate change management practices with overall business strategy.
  • Change Management: Develop change management frameworks and methodologies to guide the organization through transitions effectively.
  • Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience among employees, ensuring buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  • Implement training and communication strategies to support teams during change processes.
  • Client and Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to enhance Marsh’s client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver superior client experiences.
  • Business Architecture: Design and optimize business architecture frameworks that align processes, systems, and technology to support the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Ensure that business processes are streamlined and integrated, enhancing overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Analyze and re-engineer business models to exploit efficiencies and drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for transformation initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, addressing concerns and highlighting benefits of change.
  • Engage with senior leadership to communicate project status, challenges, and solutions.
  • Advocate for customer-centric thinking across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of transformation initiatives in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and impact on business outcomes.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor progress, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
