NVIDIA is looking to hire a Trade Compliance Classification Analyst to join our growing worldwide Global Trade Compliance team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in engineering or computer science (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in export classification in the high-tech industry.
  • Expertise in product classification (HS-Code / ECCN).
  • Understanding of U.S. EAR and other export control regulation jurisdictions.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP.

  • Versed in software and large language model (LLM) development activities.
  • Implementation of process and system improvements for streamlining workflow.
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve our business and compliance objectives.
  • Ability to learn quickly, organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment; manage day-to-day activities independently and with minimal direction; strong communication (verbal and written), attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and improving internal processes on classifying NVIDIA’s products (both hardware and software).
  • Assigning export control classification numbers (ECCNs) to software, technology, integrated circuits, electronic assemblies, and computer systems primarily described in Categories 3, 4, and 5 (Parts 1 and 2).
  • Assigning tariff classifications (HTS and schedule B) to items primarily described in Chapter 84, 85, and 90.
  • Support global shipping transactions and dispositions.
  • Working with NVIDIA cross-functional teams to improve work efficiency related to classifications.

Benefits

  • Base salary range is 84,000 USD - 143,750 USD.
