About The Position

The Global Trade Advisory (GTA) Specialist Leader at Deloitte is a strategic role focused on advising clients on compliance and opportunities related to global trade regulations, sustainability, and supply chain management. This position requires a deep understanding of trade policies, environmental regulations, and the ability to drive market growth through innovative solutions and strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience as a trade policy and strategy leader or global trade-related sales professional.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology/systems.
  • 2+ years of experience selling or delivering trade-related sustainability and/or environmental services.
  • Bachelor's degree in a legal, business, or technology-related field.
  • Experience leading and managing global project teams.
  • Active accreditation such as CPA, licensed attorney, or Enrolled Agent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with multinational trade compliance and sustainability planning.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience with proposal orals.
  • Ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels in client organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional marketing and delivery strategies across Deloitte teams.
  • Drive market growth within the US by leveraging expertise and relationships to secure new clients and expand current engagements.
  • Maintain a robust network across the global trade and sustainability community to create selling opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data.
  • Oversee internal sales activities to ensure a consistent approach across geography and industry groups.
  • Manage proposal development and conduct live presentations to win new business.
  • Represent Deloitte at client meetings and conferences.
  • Work on trade and technology sales initiatives to embed sustainability services in digital transformation efforts.
  • Support and develop direct marketing campaigns.
  • Assist account teams in qualifying and winning opportunities.
