The Global Technology Summer Analyst Program at Bank of America is a 10-week internship designed to provide undergraduate students with a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various technology roles. Interns will be placed directly on teams where they will work on real-time, business-critical needs, allowing them to make a tangible impact from day one. The program emphasizes professional development through a structured performance development process, where interns will establish goals and expectations for their summer experience. Additionally, interns will benefit from peer and mentor relationships that offer ongoing coaching and feedback, as well as connections with senior leaders through educational speaker events. Throughout the internship, participants will engage in a variety of learning opportunities, including trainings, networking events, and volunteer activities. The program aims to foster a welcoming company culture, encouraging interns to connect with Employee Networks and participate in ongoing activities that promote engagement. Interns can expect to work in various locations, including Charlotte, NC; Chicago, IL; Dallas Metro, TX; NY Metro; Pennington, NJ; and Richmond, VA, with specific office placements depending on the role. The program is tailored for undergraduate students who are nearing the completion of their degrees, specifically those graduating between November 2025 and August 2026. Interns will explore potential roles such as Software Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Management Analyst, Cybersecurity Analyst, and Mainframe Analyst, each with its own set of recommended skillsets and responsibilities.
