You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product line within the region, directly reporting to the Head of Global Product Management. As the bridge between our Regional Sales & Service Team and the Product Line, you'll drive the Regional Product Strategy, ensuring alignment with global initiatives and delivering a tailored product portfolio that meets Regional needs in line with the Global Modular Product Concepts. This role is based in Schaumburg, IL in our NAM HQ.

Requirements

  • Degree in Product Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with international Loader Crane market expertise being an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a structured, dynamic, and implementation-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in business English with excellent social and intercultural competence.
  • Willingness to travel (25%-50%) and a passion for our products and markets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Sales and Application Management in the region, representing the Product Line.
  • Develop and implement a Regional Product Portfolio Roadmap/Strategy aligned with global concepts.
  • Conduct market analysis, segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Gather regional product requirements through the innovation process and support Product Managers during development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Management Team to optimize the existing product portfolio and drive proactive lifecycle management.
