About the Hiring Group Our Global Talent Acquisition Operations team is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Contractor to support the recruiting operations function within RTI's HR Technology and Compliance Team. This is a 6-month temporary contract position . The primary responsibilities include administration and support of recruitment processes, new hire orientation, budget related activities and support to the Director, Global HR Operations & Compliance. This role will have significant engagement opportunities with prospective candidates, new hires, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners. This role will be based in our Research Triangle Park, NC office or can be remote. It will report to the Director, Global HR Operations & Compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-1 years of related experience in a professional work environment.
  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills and ability to work independently.
  • Operates with an inclusive perspective, seeking to understand context and motivation.
  • Critical thinker, able to identify issues and opportunities
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated through interview responses and work samples.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications for Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: supporting domestic and global hiring which includes initiating, and reviewing background checks, providing information and assistance to candidates, administering offer letters and employment contracts, and providing onboarding assistance to new hires.
  • New Hire Orientation Program Support: periodically presenting weekly power point presentations and the coordination of notifications to attendees, managers, making logistical arrangements, and processing new hire paperwork such as I-9 forms.
  • Recruiting Resource Management: maintenance of new hire checklists, email templates, content page updates repository on MS SharePoint teams page, Applicant Tracking System and intranet sites.
  • System administration Support: processing new user set up requests, answering general inquiries regarding applicant tracking system.
  • Administrative/Operational/Compliance Support: performing tasks such as sending reminders to Talent Acquisition Partners to complete compliance activities, coordinating meeting preparation/scheduling, taking of meeting minutes, assisting with interview scheduling, providing sourcing assistance and other tasks as needed.
