About The Position

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Global Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Processing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in ensuring global expense reports comply with company policy, identifying potential fraud, and supporting employee training. You'll work closely with employees across 35+ countries and all levels of the organization, helping maintain a robust compliance environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively connect with employees from a diverse set of backgrounds and at all levels of the organizational hierarchy. This position will report to the Concur Team Supervisor and will primarily perform the pre-payment processing of Concur expense reports flagged for review.

Requirements

• Some college preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or expense reports processing.
• Familiarity with financial accounting principles.
• Experience with Concur expense system.
• Intermediate MS proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experiences a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Bilingual candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process global T&E expense reports flagged in Concur for policy compliance and documentation accuracy.
• Resolve employee queries and educate on best practices and policy nuances.
• Collaborate with local finance and HR teams to maintain country-specific procedures and regulatory allowances.
• Monitor workflow queues for exceptions and urgent requests; coordinate with Concur system administrators for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and accounting policies.
• Manage delinquent expense submissions and assist with corporate card reconciliation for inactive employees.
• Follow up on unapproved expense reports to ensure timely processing.
• Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports, including annual access reviews for Concur permissions.
• Analyze post-payment expense patterns for fraud or non-compliance.
• Escalate issues and risks to the Concur Team Supervisor as needed.
• Partner with the Travel Manager and Concur Team Supervisor to implement policy updates and process improvements.
