About The Position

Cisco’s Global Supply Chain team is the driving force behind our business, ensuring that our cutting-edge technology is delivered efficiently and reliably to customers around the world. As a participant in the RISE program, you will join a high-impact team responsible for end-to-end supply chain strategy, procurement, logistics, and manufacturing excellence. The RISE program is a rotational experience designed to develop supply chain expertise by providing exposure to various critical functions. You have a strong passion for supply chain operations, logistics, and technology, paired with excellent communication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively across teams. You thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, confidently managing multiple priorities while staying organized and proactive. As a full-time participant, you will rotate through our Global Supply Chain organization. Over the course of three one-year rotations, you will gain exposure to the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem, working alongside experienced professionals to support core operations and strategic initiatives. Requirements

Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related program.
0-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or project management.
Available to start as a full-time employee on August 3, 2026.
Fluent in English.
Able to legally live and work in the country for which you’re applying, without visa support or sponsorship.

Support end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Employees may be eligible to receive grants of Cisco restricted stock units, which vest following continued employment with Cisco for defined periods of time.
10 paid holidays per full calendar year, plus 1 floating holiday for non-exempt employees
1 paid day off for employee’s birthday, paid year-end holiday shutdown, and 4 paid days off for personal wellness determined by Cisco
Non-exempt employees receive 16 days of paid vacation time per full calendar year, accrued at rate of 4.92 hours per pay period for full-time employees
Exempt employees participate in Cisco’s flexible vacation time off program, which has no defined limit on how much vacation time eligible employees may use (subject to availability and some business limitations)
80 hours of sick time off provided on hire date and each January 1st thereafter, and up to 80 hours of unused sick time carried forward from one calendar year to the next
Additional paid time away may be requested to deal with critical or emergency issues for family members
Optional 10 paid days per full calendar year to volunteer
For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco’s policies.
